The Bothell home remodel also included a variety of outdoor living spaces that add character to the house and blend indoors and outdoors for the homeowner: a covered porch, translucent roof over outdoor dining, and patio with fire stove.
We rebuilt an improved back porch and wrapped it around to the south side of the house. The south porch is sized to protect the living space from summer sun while allowing warm rays through in the winter.
The new porch has activity spaces for dining, grilling, sitting around a fire or enjoying a morning coffee on the south side.
